By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights. Our store is powered by Shopify.
Online Store Terms
Use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent information, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the website, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access.
You must have the legal capacity or necessary authorization to place an order. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or unlawful conduct. Such restrictions do not remove our obligations concerning existing orders, refunds, or applicable consumer rights.
Product Information
Everyluri offers garden and outdoor furniture, including tables, chairs, sofas, and furniture sets.
We aim to accurately describe product dimensions, materials, available options, and package contents. Screen settings and lighting may affect appearance, but do not excuse material differences from the description.
Variations in materials or finishes may occur where explained on the product page. These variations do not affect your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.
Review the product details and selected options before ordering. Only items expressly identified as included form part of your purchase. Furniture, plants, tableware, and other accessories shown for styling are not included unless stated otherwise.
Check the space available for the furniture and the access route through doors, gates, stairways, and other restricted areas. This does not transfer responsibility to you for inaccurate dimensions or other incorrect information supplied by us.
Product Use and Care
Follow the product’s supplied assembly instructions, care guidance, warnings, and any stated limitations. Use furniture only for its intended purpose and place it on a suitable, stable surface.
Do not stand on tables or chairs, exceed any stated load limit, or use furniture with damaged supports, broken glass, or unstable components. Keep children away from loose hardware and other small parts during assembly.
Outdoor use does not mean that every material is suitable for continuous exposure to rain, standing water, strong sunlight, or severe weather. Follow the specific care guidance for the product, including protection and storage of cushions where applicable. We do not promise waterproofing, weather resistance, or other performance beyond what is expressly stated for the item.
These precautions do not exclude our responsibility for faulty products, inaccurate descriptions, or inadequate instructions.
Orders and Payments
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use an authorized payment method. Review your order details before completing checkout.
An automated order receipt acknowledges that we have received your order. Acceptance occurs when we send shipping confirmation, unless we expressly accept it earlier or applicable law requires otherwise. Payment collection alone does not remove your cancellation or refund rights.
Where legally permitted, we may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, such as unavailability, material pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud. We will notify you where reasonably possible. Material substitutions or changes to your order require your agreement.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled goods and any associated shipping charges for delivery we will not provide. We will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days, or sooner where required by law.
Product prices are stated in United States dollars (USD). Shipping charges and taxes collected by us are disclosed before you complete your purchase. Any applicable import arrangements must also be disclosed before purchase. Future price changes do not alter accepted orders.
Shipping and Returns
Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and applicable customs arrangements. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. This does not remove your rights concerning late delivery or non-delivery.
We will investigate delivery problems and assist with missing or damaged shipments. Responsibility for loss or damage does not automatically transfer to you when we hand goods to our carrier.
Our Return and Refund Policy governs returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. It provides a voluntary 30-day return request period, measured from delivery, in addition to applicable statutory rights.
For eligible voluntary returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned goods, subject to the conditions explained in that policy. Applicable statutory refund deadlines, including any requirement to act on evidence of return shipment, take precedence.
Our designated return address is the same as our company address in China. Contact [email protected] for return instructions before sending furniture back. Prior approval is not required where applicable law allows you to exercise a right by notifying us.
Intellectual Property and Privacy
Rights in protected website materials, including photographs, text, graphics, and designs, remain with their respective owners. Do not commercially reproduce or exploit protected materials without permission or another lawful basis.
Report suspected infringement to [email protected], identifying the material concerned, its location on our website, and the basis of your claim.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed, including through Shopify and advertising services where enabled. Accepting these Terms does not replace consent where separately required.
Liability and Disputes
Website interruptions do not remove our obligations for existing orders. External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies; linking to them does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Contact [email protected] so we can discuss concerns and seek a practical resolution. You retain applicable rights to approach payment providers, consumer authorities, dispute-resolution bodies, or competent courts. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising those rights.
These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration or exclusive foreign court requirement.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable requirements. Revised Terms will be published on this page and apply prospectively. They do not change accepted orders unless legally required or expressly agreed with you.
Mandatory applicable law takes precedence over conflicting provisions. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to your purchase.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally permitted.
